Chenomics
I am Wei Chen, a genomicist developing new technologies to understand the genome through a biophysical lens.
I am currently a Damon Runyon Postdoc Fellow at Institute of Protein Design, working with David Baker. Previously, I did my Ph.D under the supervision of Jay Shendure.
My research focuses on developing high-throughput quantitative technologies to understand human genome and protein functions. Currently, I am designing de novo proteins with novel functions to manipulate cell behaviors.
